SODRTEK ST 350 Convective Rework Station

The ST 350 is a self-contained, programmable, convective rework station capable of installing and removing virtually any type of surface mount component. The ST350 features closed loop temperature controlled convective heating, adjustable airflow, and an adjustable, spring loaded vacuum pik that is used for positioning components during installations and for instantly lifting off components during removals. The system?s integrated PCB holder can hold PCBs up to 457mm X 457mm (18? x 18?) and features micrometer adjustments in the X and Y directions. Theta adjustment is integrated within the heater head assembly. The ST 350?s can be programmed with up to 20 timed removal and installation profiles. Optional PC software expands the ST 350?s capabilities to include 4 zone profiling, storage and management of profiles, collection of thermocouple data, and documentation. The ST 350 is ideal for service centres, prototyping shops, low volume production or remanufacturing centres.
